Here's the beach at Gigante, short for Pie de Gigante, which means Giant's Foot. Gigante is a tiny little town with only one dirt road about an hour north of San Juan. Most people who live there fish for a living, and you can always see someone mending a long stretch of torn net in the middle of the road.
